青荷苑社区位于杭州市上城区采荷街道的中心地带。社区东面是秋涛路，南面连着杭海路，西沿张家河弄，北靠采荷路。[1][3]

社区2001年3月成立。社区边上的采荷支路，原先是采荷路的一段，后来改了名。[1]

辖区概况[edit]

博雅地名网载辖区总面积约0.6平方千米，绿化面积5770平方米，有住宅23幢、55个单元，居民1009户，总人口3167人。百度百科则载辖区面积3万平方米，居民1099户，常住人口约两千九百。两处数字不同，并录于此。[3][2]

辖区内有四家中大型服装市场。社区的教育配套有采荷第二小学教育集团的未来学校，并且毗邻观音塘地铁站。[2][3]

社区完成了14幢房屋、10万平方米的老旧小区改造，拆除违建一百四十余处，并创新了「托管式电梯」模式与「社区合伙人」机制。百度百科载，旧改工程于2021年入选杭州市最佳案例，而加梯项目则获评市级优秀项目。[2]

上城区政府网站上的2022年工作总结称，社区获评「2021年度全市老旧小区十佳案例」。[4]

社区获评杭州市老年友好型社区，并设立「星光老年之家」与健康档案系统。社区另获绿色社区称号，并有浙江省巾帼示范岗、老龄工作规范化社区等荣誉。[2][3]
