历史沿革[edit]
社区2001年3月设立。2024年，它被纳入省级未来社区试点，在浙江省首批未来社区试点创建项目里，它是唯一的拆改结合类项目，改造分三步推进，采取化零为整的更新方式。[2]
辖区概况[edit]
社区住宅22幢，单元75个；社区有常住户籍1000余户，外来人口6000余人，常住人口2800余人（博雅地名网载）。[1]
辖区内的重点单位有杭州茶科所与佳宝童装市场。社区中设有悦民社会工作服务中心等社会组织。[1][2]
社区相继获得省级爱国卫生先进社区与区扶残助残爱心社区，另有省城市体育先进社区，以及市级充分就业社区。[1]
