新凯苑社区位于杭州市上城区采荷街道西侧。社区东面连着凯旋路，西面贴着贴沙河，南面与清泰立交桥相接，北面靠着庆春东路。[1][3]

名称与历史[edit]

此地原先是牛污弄一带的平房。旧城改造于1999年启动，2007年平房区全部拆除重建，建成金牛坊小区。社区于2001年3月由三个居民区合并组建。[2][1]

辖区概况[edit]

社区辖区总面积70199平方米，绿化面积23898平方米，有住宅32幢、89个单元，居民2322户，总人口6353人（博雅地名网载）。[1]

社区党委与居委会的办公地点设在金牛坊4幢的二至三层，社区内设有幸福邻里食堂。[1][2]

社区获评浙江省老龄工作规范化示范点，另有律师进社区先进集体、节水型社区等称号，充分就业社区亦为其一。2013年1月，社区被命名为杭州市第七批绿色社区。[3][1]

社区以「社区合伙人」模式开展工作，并自2015年8月起由党员先锋护河队持续开展巡河护河与社区治理。[2]
