绿茗社区位于杭州市上城区采荷街道的解放东路一侧，紧邻新城隧道。它东起张家河弄，南沿解放路，西沿凯旋路，北面与荷花弄相连。[1]

名称与历史[edit]

博雅地名网称，社区名字寓有绿色茶叶之意，同时与杭州茶厂所在地有关。社区2001年3月成立，由茶厂宿舍、清泰小区一期与二期以及宋都凯旋苑组成。[1]

百度百科所列的组成部分略有不同，它把凯旋公寓一期与二期也算作其中。社区2002年创建了以茶文化为特色的「书茗苑」。[2]

辖区概况[edit]

辖区总面积9.48万平方米，共1957户，常住人口6250人，见博雅地名网所载。百度百科载社区有住宅楼46幢，其中2150户家庭，居民约6250人。[1][2]

辖区里有杭州市供销社、合众集团、杭州茶厂与茶都名园等单位，另有采荷二小。社区配有面积301平方米的「四室两站一场所」。[1][2]

社区先后获得区「风雅社区」「绿色社区」「平安社区」等称号。[2]
