静怡社区位于杭州市上城区采荷街道东南一带，处在钱江新城的核心片区。社区东面是钱江路，北面临观音塘路，南面靠清江路，西面是秋涛路。[1][2]

名称与历史[edit]

社区于2001年3月成立，由思安坊、居安坊、静怡花苑与静安花苑四个小区组成，此后未再变动。社区名称取自居委会驻地静怡花苑5幢1单元。[1][2]

辖区概况[edit]

辖区面积7.3万平方米。博雅地名网载社区有住宅楼42幢、115个单元，常住户2243户，常住人口7218人，设6个党支部，在册党员179名；百度百科则载社区总人口约七千八百人。[1][2]

辖区单位共五家：越泰物业公司、国美物业公司，另有浙江省民政康复中心、滨江老人公寓和国泰外国语学校。[1]

社区获得过「浙江省级示范社区」「浙江省级和谐社区」「杭州市基层党风廉政建设示范社区」「杭州市绿色满意家园」以及「江干区基层党建示范点」等称号。[1]
