健风社区属杭州市上城区采荷街道，位于街道的东侧一带。它的四周分别是新塘路（东）、杭海路（南）、秋涛北路（西）与庆春东路（北）。[1][2]

名称与历史[edit]

社区也叫采荷东区，名字取自境内的健风大厦。这里早先是农田。1990年以后，四季青服装面料市场与杭州市文化体育用品市场先后兴起，又有大地幼教集团、邵逸夫医院在此落户，原江干区人民政府的大院也设在这一带；社区于2001年4月设立。[1]

辖区概况[edit]

社区的住宅楼有38幢、141个单元，博雅地名网载常住人口六千余人；百度百科则载住户约两千户，居民约五千人。两处人口数字并列于此。[1][2]

辖区里还有采荷三小、健风大厦和邵逸夫医院等重点单位。社区设立党委1个，下属党支部3个。[1][2]

社区荣获的称号涵盖体育、卫生、就业与党建几个方面，如省卫生先进单位与市充分就业社区；另有上城区文明社区、安全文明小区之类的荣誉。[1][2]
