名称与历史[edit]
社区名称来自原先的红菱居民区。2001年3月，红菱、玉荷、青莼三个居民区合并，组成了这个社区。[1][2]
辖区概况[edit]
社区占地约15万平方米，有住宅61幢、136个单元，常住人口在八千以上。[1]
社区范围内设有一所幼儿园和一所中学，另有银行与商场等生活设施；社区党委辖三个党支部，在职党员与离退休党员人数，据百度百科分别为387名与238名。[2]
社区2001年获江干区「温馨社区」称号。2002年5月，它成为杭州市「示范型」老年星光计划的实施单位。此外，市绿色社区与市最佳社区邻居节等称号也都曾授予该社区。[2][1]
