凯华社区属杭州市上城区凯旋街道，2018年8月成立。它的东、南、西、北四界分别是秋涛北路、严家弄路、凯旋路与艮山西路。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区成立于2018年8月。据博雅地名网，社区毗邻浙江大学华家池，该湖素有「小西湖」之美誉，地名由此而来。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

社区面积约0.167平方千米，是街道内的一个商品住宅社区，辖区内有多个商住一体的综合体。[1]

经济[edit]

社区以服务与招商相结合的方式开展工作，成立了「华池汇」商会，并通过网格走访回应企业诉求。社区党群服务中心设有「幸福邻里坊」，提供综合服务。[1]
