美政桥社区位于杭州市上城区南星街道复兴地区中部，北面是复兴路，东靠紫花路，南傍之江大道，西邻美政路。社区得名于古美政桥。据博雅地名网，南宋绍兴十一年，韩屏任临安左厢官，执法严明，人们赞他「美政」，他办公的地方因此被称为美政桥。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是1999年7月设立的美政花苑居委会。2000年11月，它改设为美政社区居委会；2003年8月，定名为美政桥社区。[1] 快懂百科则记为2000年10月成立。[3]

辖区概况[edit]

社区面积0.31平方公里，设21个居民行政小组，总人口6543人。[2][4]

社区按网格化方式管理，辖区分为5个网格，由10支服务队伍和千余名志愿者开展工作，另有26家单位加盟提供服务。[3]

社区内设有「七彩美政民族园」，在此组织各民族的特色活动，同时实行「1+X」的服务方式。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2023年1月，社区在浙江省2022年度的评选中获授省级民主法治村（社区）称号。[1]
