小营巷社区是杭州市上城区小营街道下辖的社区，辖区面积约0.3平方千米，社区因辖内的小营巷得名。[1][3]

社区内有太平天国听王府旧址，并设有纪念毛泽东视察小营巷卫生工作的陈列馆。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

1861年，太平军再次攻占杭州后，镇守杭州的听王陈炳文在此设立指挥部，小营巷因曾为太平军营地而得名。[1]

2023年6月，社区入选「首批浙江省现代社区」名单；同年7月，被命名为「浙江省“红色根脉”强基（基层党建）示范村（社区）」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

听王府位于小营巷61号，原为太平天国时期听王陈炳文设立军务指挥的处所。门边石碑标明为杭州市级文物保护单位。[1][4]

小营巷56号的陈列馆纪念毛泽东视察小营巷卫生工作的事。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区东侧靠东河，西侧连中河，南界解放路，北界清吟街。[1]

社区南侧有面积2640平方米的小营社区公园，公园内有小营花厅。2013年底开放的红巷生活广场，总面积5328.2平方米。[2]
