湖滨街道是浙江省杭州市上城区下辖的街道，位于区域北部，西侧紧靠西湖，下辖6个社区。地名的来历与街道处在西湖之滨的位置有关，街道办事处在答复中也把它的发展与西湖联系在一起。[1][6]

街道面积约1.6平方千米，辖6个社区。[2] 街道沿革可追溯到1954年设立的湖滨路街道，1964年定名为湖滨街道。[1][3] 截至2011年末，全街道总人口34976人，流动人口另有5800人。[3] 2023年7月，街道被命名为「浙江省“红色根脉”强基（基层党建）示范乡镇（街道）」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

街道东侧与小营街道相邻，南侧接清波街道，北面以庆春路为界，与拱墅区武林街道相连，西侧与西湖区北山街道毗邻。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1954年，湖滨路街道成立，归中城区管辖；1957年中城区撤销，此地改属上城区。[1][3] 1960年，此处的机构称为上城区人民公社湖滨分社。1963年，岳王路街道的名称得以重新使用；1964年起定名湖滨街道。[1][3]

1968年，街道的组织改为革命委员会的形式；1980年，湖滨街道的名称恢复使用。[1] 1999年，西湖大道以北的一片地块自涌金街道划入本街道。[1][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

丁家花园是一座开放型的近代别墅花园。它的原址在南宋时为石榴园遗迹，清乾隆年间归山东盐运使丁阶所有，园名由此而来。民国时，陈其采出任浙江省财政厅厅长，此园是他的住所；如今，该园是杭州市书法家协会的驻地。[4][7] 浙江省人民政府在2017年1月将其列为「浙江省第七批省级文物保护单位」。[4][7]

韩国独立运动（杭州）旧址由湖边村23号、思鑫坊42号和44号、五福里二弄2号等建筑组成，建于20世纪30年代。1932年5月，韩国临时政府在湖边村23号设立办公处；1934年，又在五福里二弄2号设立办公处。[5] 2013年12月，杭州市人民政府将它列入第五批市级文保名单；2017年1月，浙江省人民政府又将它列为省级文保单位。[5]
