柳翠井巷社区是杭州市上城区清波街道下辖的社区，位于街道东部的市中心一带。社区以西湖大道为北界，东界为中河路，南面与鼓楼相接，西面靠近中山路御街。社区面积0.22平方千米。[1][2]

社区名称来自巷名，巷名取自抱剑营中的柳翠井。据《西湖游览志》，此井为柳翠在营中所凿。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

居委会1949年秋成立，属于新中国成立后最早设立的居委会之列。1950年，此处有元福巷、保佑坊、源茂里、打铜巷与柳翠井巷共5个居民区；1954年，柳翠井巷居民区改名扇子巷居民区。[1][2]

1999年，元福巷、保佑坊与打铜巷等居民区并入扇子巷与源茂里。2001年1月10日，柳翠井巷社区居委会由惠民苑社区居委会、扇子巷居委会与打铜巷居委会合并而成，居委会驻柳翠井巷55号。此后，2007年，惠民苑社区的名称换作柳翠井巷社区。[1][2]

地方特色[edit]

源茂里是杭州近现代石库门建筑的典型之一，位于社区内。御街上仍留有「羊汤饭店」「状元馆」「万源绸庄」等百年老店，两侧的银行、店铺与住宅，既有中国传统建筑，也有仿西方古典与中西合璧的式样。[2]

荣誉[edit]

国家卫生健康委老龄司于2021年8月公布，柳翠井巷社区入选「2021年全国示范性老年友好型社区」。[1]
